4. Lead Distribution — Partner Sharing

By submitting a quote request and providing prior express written consent, you agree that your contact information may be shared with up to five (5) FMCSA-licensed auto transport brokers and/or carriers in our partner network. These partners may contact you independently with quotes, pricing, and follow-up communications related to your vehicle shipment request.

What we require of our partners: All lead distribution partners are contractually required to: (a) use your data only for auto transport communications; (b) maintain their own TCPA-compliant consent records; (c) honor all opt-out requests promptly; (d) not resell or re-share your data to unrelated third parties; and (e) comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable state telemarketing laws.

5. Do-Not-Call (DNC) Rights & Opt-Out

Your TCPA consent overrides your registration on the National DNC Registry for communications from DirectAutoHaul and our specific partner network. However, you retain the following opt-out rights at all times:

• SMS: Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one final confirmation, then no further texts.
• Phone calls: State verbally that you wish to be placed on the Do-Not-Call list. Agents are required by law to honor this immediately.
